  • Review Process:

    After we receive your application, our team will review it carefully. If you’re a match for VVS, we’ll send you an email with the next steps and a registration code to get you set up on our partner platform. Stay tuned!

  • Assessment:

    Once you’ve registered, you’ll take an assessment to showcase your customer service skills. It includes a multiple-choice section and a voice assessment to check out your communication skills. Pro tip: find a quiet spot to take it for the best results! If you don’t pass this time, no worries—you can try again in 30 days!

  • Client Selection and Training:

    Congratulations on passing the assessment! πŸŽ‰ Now you can select a client and start training. Training times vary based on the client you choose and can last anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks—it’s a valuable investment in your future. Please note: training is UNPAID.

  • Get to Work:

    After completing training, you’ll be all set to start servicing clients and earning! You’ll enjoy the flexibility to set your own hours and can even take on multiple clients if you choose. We recommend starting with one client until you feel comfortable.

  • Processing & Platform Fees Breakdown

    At VVS, your earnings are processed on a semi-monthly basis, with payments on the 3rd and the 18th of each month, ensuring you get paid consistently. To manage payroll and processing, we charge a $39.99 fee. Additionally, Arise has a separate platform fee of $19.99 that allows access to their diverse client network. These fees help us maintain smooth, reliable payment processes while providing you access to top-notch client opportunities. Keep in mind fees are dedcuted on a semi-monthly basis.
