    I9 Contractor: As an I9 contractor, you’re the captain of your own ship! You get to choose when and where you work, and you have the freedom to manage your own business. This means you’re responsible for your own taxes and expenses. Want to take a break? Go for it! Need to work late at night? That’s your call! You’re in control, and we love that about you!


    Employee: On the other hand, employees typically have a more structured arrangement. They usually work set hours, follow specific company policies, and receive benefits like health insurance and paid time off. They are also subject to employer oversight in their daily tasks and often have taxes withheld directly from their paychecks.


    The Bottom Line

  • Assessment?

    Ready to showcase your customer service skills? The Arise assessment is your chance to shine! This assessment has two key parts designed to evaluate your readiness for success in customer service roles.


    1. Multiple Choice Portion

    First up, you’ll tackle a multiple-choice section. Here’s where your customer service savvy comes into play! For example, if you see a question like this:


    What should you do if a customer is upset?


    A) Ignore them

    B) Listen and empathize

    C) Hang up

    The obvious answer? B) Listen and empathize! This part helps us see how well you understand customer needs and how to respond appropriately.


    2. Voice Assessment

    Next, you’ll complete a voice assessment. Here, we’re testing your annunciation and your ability to convey information clearly. It’s all about making sure you can communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they understand what you’re saying.


    Quiet Environment Required

    Oh, and here’s a crucial tip: Make sure you take the assessment in a quiet area! No babies, loud TVs, or background noise, please. Distractions can lead to failing the assessment, and we want you to succeed!


    Important Note

    If you don’t pass the assessment, no worries! You’ll just need to wait 30 days before you can reapply. Use this time to brush up on those customer service skills—you're going to ace it next time!

  • Background Check Requirement for Certain Clients


    Some of the clients on the Arise platform require a background check before you can begin training. This background check comes with a $30 non-refundable fee, which unfortunately cannot be waived.


    Before you can start your training, Arise will send you an email with further instructions on how to complete the background check. It’s important to take care of this promptly, as training won’t be allowed until the background check is completed and cleared.


    Keep an eye on your inbox for details and be sure to complete the process as soon as possible to avoid delays!

  • Training

    At Virtual Voice Solutions (VVS), we believe that training is a vital step on your journey to success! During this phase, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role, but keep in mind—training is unpaid and can last anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.


    Think of this time as an investment in your future! While you’re not earning during training, you’re equipping yourself with the tools to land those fantastic client opportunities and build a rewarding career. Plus, the skills you gain will pay off big time when you start earning!


    So, get ready to dive in, soak up all the knowledge, and prepare to kick-start your exciting work-from-home journey. Your future self will thank you!

  • Client Confidentiality: Who We Work With!

    At Virtual Voice Solutions (VVS), we take client confidentiality seriously. Due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we can’t disclose the names of our direct clients. However, we can tell you this: they are Fortune 500 companies that you’ve definitely heard of before!


    This means that when you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to represent some of the biggest and most respected brands in the industry. While we can’t share specific names, you can feel confident that you’re working with clients that have a strong reputation and a commitment to quality service.

  • Serving Multiple Clients: What You Need to Know!

    However, we recommend focusing on servicing your first client before taking on additional ones. This allows you to fully grasp the nuances of the role and deliver top-notch service without feeling overwhelmed. Once you’re comfortable and have established a rhythm, you can explore the opportunity to add more clients to your roster.

  • Operating States: Where We Can’t Go

    At Virtual Voice Solutions (VVS), we’re dedicated to compliance and ensuring a smooth experience for all our contractors. Unfortunately, we cannot operate in the following states:


    New York

    New Jersey

    Pennsylvania

    Vermont

    California

    Massachusetts

    Wisconsin

    Maryland

    District of Columbia

    Connecticut

    Illinois

    Colorado

    Washington

    Oregon

    It’s important to note that attempting to use a VPN to bypass these restrictions is not allowed. Using a VPN to access our services from these states can lead to complications and may result in termination from the program. We value integrity and compliance, so it’s essential to work from an approved location.

  • IBO Processing Fee

    Let’s talk about the IBO processing fee at Virtual Voice Solutions (VVS)! For just $39.99 every two weeks, this fee is your ticket to a world of support and opportunity as an independent business owner (IBO).


    What does this fee cover? Think of it as a subscription to all the essentials you need to succeed! It helps fund your access to training, client opportunities, and ongoing support, ensuring you have the tools to shine in your customer service role.


    So while you enjoy the flexibility of working on your own terms, the IBO processing fee ensures that we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • Your Earning Potential at VVS!

    At Virtual Voice Solutions (VVS), your pay is based on the clients you work with, which means your earnings can vary. On average, you can expect to make anywhere from $11 to $22 an hour, paid on a biweekly basis.


    The flexibility to choose your clients not only allows you to align your work with your strengths but also impacts your earning potential. With dedicated effort and exceptional service, you can maximize your income while enjoying the independence that comes with being an I9 contractor.

  • Getting Paid: Direct Deposit Made Easy!

    As you finish up your training with Virtual Voice Solutions (VVS), we want to ensure you get paid smoothly and on time. You'll receive a direct deposit form during your final week of training, which is essential for setting up your payments.


    By completing the form, your earnings will be deposited directly into your bank account—no waiting for checks or trips to the bank! Payments are made semi-monthly, on the 1st and 15th of each month, ensuring you’re paid regularly and without hassle.
